RETURNS
In accordance with the provisions of article L 121-23 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to withdraw.
We must receive the items within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your order to obtain a refund for your items.
To make a return, simply complete the return form downloadable here . You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item . Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptional case: the return shipping costs will be reimbursed if and only if it is an error on our part on the items ordered (error on model/item).
If the return period is exceeded, we will be forced not to accept it. Customer service will send you an email to inform you that the deadline has been exceeded. If the customer wishes to recover his order, he must again pay the cost of returning the order.
Steps to follow :
- Download the return slip
- Complete the form carefully: indicate your surname, first name, and order number
- Slip the form into the package
- Drop off your package at your post office and track its delivery
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and carefully packaged.
Items must only be worn.
Personalized items cannot be returned.
REFUND POLICY

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), if your request is approved, then the refund for your items will be processed, and a transfer will be made, within a certain number of days.
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.
